Understanding what the templates are for
Many of the templates illustrate the minimum content that should be covered in a PRINCE2 project; others represent programme or project activities not necessarily included in a formal methodology.
Some organisations will already have access to detailed templates based on their own experience; however for others these templates will help develop programme and project documentation.
