In line with the requirements of Article 4 (8B) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (as amended), the Department of Finance and Personnel laid this report before the Assembly under the ‘Laid Papers’ procedure. The report provides information about the consultation that took place in relation to a proposed amendment to the Civil Service Compensation Scheme (Northern Ireland).
