Policy screening - Public service pension schemes: proposed changes to the transitional arrangements to the 2015 schemes.

This policy screening relates to discrimination identified by the Courts in the transitional arrangements which were part of the 2015 reform of public service pension schemes.

The Department of Finance is consulting on proposals to remedy discrimination in the main unfunded schemes made under the Public Service Pensions (Northern Ireland) Act 2014. The consultation will run from 19 August 2020 to 18 November 2020.
