The Old See House community mental health facility serves a population of 340,000 citizens living in the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust area.
The new build project led by CPD Health Projects cost £4m and provided floor space of 2,275 square metres.
The aim of the project was to provide accommodation for an integrated community mental health resouce centre in North Belfast.
The new integrated services model brings together key community based services for people with severe mental illness, under one roof.
The Old See House now provides a community mental health team, day treatment services, outpatients and crisis intervention beds.
