COVID-19 update from Civil Service Pensions

We wanted to tell you that we have good processes in place to deliver key services in particular to all our members and have quickly reorganised to work remotely.

These key services include:

  • pensioner payroll which ran successfully in March and we are on track with the April payroll also  to our 30,000 pensioners, (and those of you who are partially retired too);
  • bereavement services, which sadly we expect to increase; and,
  • all imminent payments due - such as those of you who may be retiring. 

Significant work has been carried out in a short time to redesign forms, adapting them to go online to fit not only with our different ways of working but also the challenges our members may face due to COVID-19.
