In order to improve our service, Civil Service Pensions (CSP) recently conducted a survey of scheme members who had been issued with a Pension Savings Statement.  The purpose of the survey was to seek feedback on the content and format of the Pension Savings Statement. Additionally feedback was sought on information and guidance issued by CSP to assist those members who may have had a tax charge to pay as a result of breaching the Annual Allowance which is set by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
