This month, HRConnect are making payslips available online. Just like paper slips, ePayslips will be available one working day before payment. Only staff with access to HRConnect self-service can use the ePayslip facility.

Introducing ePayslips

The ePayslip provides the same essential details about pay and deductions. A new feature is that the ePayslip will now show your home address (as recorded on HRConnect). We encourage you to add or update this if necessary, using employee self-service and here is the link on how to update employee data on HRConnect Employee Data Changes 

How to find my ePayslip

Simply visit the Employee Services Portal, click ‘Quick links’ (top right) then click ‘Payslips’ (under ‘Top Services for Staff’). If already logged on, you can also click the new ‘Payslip’ option, in the HRConnect Employee Self-Service menu.

You will then see a screen displaying the payslips as PDFs.

You will be able to view ePayslips for March and April now with May to follow next week. Once online, they’ll remain available for you to view, whenever you need to. Future ePayslips will be added each month.

May pay

As per March and April we will also be delivering May pay slips to buildings.  If it is essential that you see your payslip, but the present situation means you’ve temporarily lost access to HRConnect self-service, you can arrange to obtain the printed May payslip, via your line manager.

I don’t have access to HRConnect self service

ePayslips are only available via HRConnect self-service. So if you don’t use this (for example, if you are industrial or ‘payroll only’ staff), you’ll continue to get your printed payslip, in the usual way.
