The outbreak of Covid-19 has impacted on us all, leading to changes in our everyday lives. The restricted living conditions and daily challenges we are facing can lead to feelings of stress and other difficult emotions.
To help tackle some of these issues all NICS staff, from now until the end of December 2020, can have free access to a number of apps to support their own mental health and wellbeing.
The apps included in the library provide useful support and information on how to manage stress and improve wellbeing, sleep management, staying fit and nutrition.
The apps library can be accessed via smart phone or PC.
