Helpful templates and forms for CPD customers

In this section public sector customers of Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) can download documents and templates which are helpful in your liaison with CPD as a customer. More documents will be added over time.

Direct Award Contract (DAC) Form

The DAC form is required for a customer requesting procurement advice from CPD in respect of a Direct Award Contract (also known as Single Tender Action).

New Work Request and Existing Contract Work Request Forms

The New Work Request Form (WRNEW01) is used to initiate a new procurement for supplies or services. 

The Existing Contract Work Request Form (WREX01) is used to request advice from CPD Supplies and Services Division on an existing contract, or to facilitate a variation to the contract.

A helpful guidance document is available to advise you on the process of writing a specification; along with a general template for a supplies or services specification.

Information about CPD charging

The professional advice provided by CPD to its customers is chargeable, and is used to recover operating costs incurred. Guidance is available to help you understand more about CPD charging. 

Security Clearance Notification form

Many contracts involve contractors entering government buildings or working with government data. If this is the case, you must notify CPD of the appropriate level of security clearance that will be required by the contractor.
