HRConnect contact centre staff return

The temporary suspension of the HRConnect telephone service due to the impact of COVID-19 and the majority of HRConnect staff working remotely, has been kept under regular review.

From today, Monday 22nd June, the contact centre staff at HRConnect will be returning to The Metro building.  There are new measures in place to ensure that the working environment complies with safe working guidelines. 

Whilst HRConnect are able to receive telephone calls again, staff should continue to email their query to HRConnect when it is non-urgent.
