Following the publication of an advertisement for a delivery partner in December 2021, we have now selected three bidders who have been invited to submit their proposals for a new digital solution. To help them do this, they have been provided with the long list of requirements that was developed with your help during the discovery phase.
Over the next 12 to 18 months we will be engaging with the bidders in a series of discussions which will provide everyone involved with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the requirements and how those could be achieved.
After the discussions have been completed and the bidders have submitted their final proposals, the contract will be awarded to the most suitable proposal. We will keep you updated on our progress throughout the dialogue phase.
After the contract has been awarded, the project will move into the next phase where we will work with the successful bidder to design and build the new solution.
We want to involve our customers and stakeholders with the design of the solution and we will engage with you again in the future.
