NICS People Strategy 2018 - 21

The People Strategy was agreed by the NICS Board at its meeting in May.

The strategy

The 2018-21 People Strategy sets out the shared view of the people priorities across the NICS under the outcome themes:

  • a well-led NICS
  • high performing NICS
  • outcomes-focused NICS
  • an inclusive NICS in which diversity is truly valued – a great place to work

Each outcome theme is underpinned by actions to be delivered over the next three years.
