Study on identified adverse impact in NICS recruitment competitions for first line managers

An independent study evaluated the proposed existence and potential causes of identified adverse impact in recruitment competitions for first line managers (EOIIs) in the Northern Ireland Civil Service.

Department's response to the study

 In September 2014, the Department provided its response to this study and its recommendations which will be used to inform future recruitment processes. The Department provided a progress report in March 2015.
