Building (1979 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1980

The Department of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1974(a) and paragraph 2(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974(b) makes the following Order.
