The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1 (2) of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979(a) and paragraph 2(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974(b) makes the following Order.
