DFP Customer survey feedback

The first corporate DFP Customer satisfaction survey was undertaken in 2007. In 2012, we changed the format for collecting customer feedback to take account of the fact that DFP business areas were collecting data at different times - all business areas now include agreed core questions when seeking feedback from any customer.
