Northern Ireland Government: Making Lives Better - A Strategy for Digital Transformation of Public Services 2017-2021

The Strategy aims to provide better public services in Northern Ireland by ensuring that Government transactional services are available online.

It provides a framework to assist Government in the transformation of citizen-facing service delivery and on-going interactions with customers.

The Strategy will support delivery of Programme for Government (PfG) indicator 46 in respect of ‘increased use of online channels to access public services’.
