The purpose of this EPN is to advise employers of the annual deadline
for buying added pension in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS)
Pension Arrangements for 2014-2015. Employers are also advised to
note the information about purchases from 2015-2016, including the
effect of the introduction of alpha. Employers should also expect a
possible increase in the volume of added pension instructions from
Civil Service Pensions (CSP).
