ASLCs are the contributions paid by employers to the Civil Superannuation Vote every month to provide pension cover for those of their staff who are members of the Northern Ireland Civil Service pension schemes. The rates and bands will apply to all members of the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland) and the alpha pension scheme.
