EPN 13/2012 A - Lifetime Allowance (LTA) tax changes from 6 April 2012 Fixed Protection – urgent further guidance

The purpose of this EPN is to:

• provide further information to employers and affected staff on the LTA tax changes from 6 April 2012 and urgent further guidance on Fixed Protection;
• inform employers that the attached Employee Pension Notice will be added to the HRConnect Portal to provide an update for staff.
