The purpose of this EPN is to:
- update employers on changes to the tax regime for pensions which were announced by HM Treasury on 14 October 2010;
- inform employers that the attached Employees Pension Notice will be added to the HRConnect portal to provide an update for staff, and
- advise employers that Civil Service Pensions (CSP) will arrange for staff covered by the IT Assist or DOI networks to receive the notice.
