The purpose of this EPN is to:
- inform employers that the revised pension text, attached at Annex A, for inclusion in Letters of Appointment (LOA) must be used for staff appointed on or after 1 April 2012; and
- remind employers of the procedures to follow, previously contained in DEO 27/2007 and now attached at Annex B.
