EPN 16/2018 - The Pensions Ombudsman and The Pensions Advisory Service

The Pensions Ombudsman has relocated to 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU. The Pensions Ombudsman deals with complaints and disputes which concern the administration and/or management of occupational and personal pension schemes. Formerly, The Pensions Ombudsman only dealt with complaints from scheme members after the Internal Dispute Resolution procedures had been exhausted but now deals with both pre and post Internal Dispute Resolution cases.
