EPN 19/2012 A - Follow up to Employees’ Pension Notice (EPN) 12/2011 issued on 18 October 2011 on proposals to introduce Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) pension arrangements under the Civil Service Pension Reform.

The purpose of this EPN is to:

  • provide material which updates employers and staff on proposals for pension reform;
  • inform employers that the attached Employees Pension Notice will be added to the HRConnect Portal to provide an update for staff; and
  • advise employers that Civil Service Pensions will arrange for staff covered by the ITAssist and DOI networks to receive the notice.
