The purpose of this EPN is to:
- notify employers and staff of the launch of the Department of Finance and Personnel consultation on proposals to reform the CSCS(NI);
- inform employers that the attached Employees Pension Notice, which includes a Question and Answer brief, will be added to the HRConnect Portal to provide an update for staff; and
- advise employers that Civil Service Pensions will arrange for staff covered by the ITAssist and DOI networks to receive the notice which will also be placed on the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland), [PCSPS(NI)] website.
