The purpose of this EPN is to inform Departments that Civil Service Pensions (CSP) requires confirmation that all NonDepartmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) sponsored by Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Departments continue to comply with the conditions which permit the NDPB to retain their Schedule 1 status and membership of the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland) [PCSPS(NI)].
