EPN 35-2014 A - Consultation on proposed changes to Defined Contribution arrangements effective from April 2015

The purpose of this EPN is to: 
 

  •  notify employers and staff of the launch of the Department of Finance and Personnel’s consultation on proposed changes to Defined Contribution arrangements effective from April 2015;  
  •  inform employers that the attached Employees Pension Notice, which includes the consultation paper, will be added to the HRConnect Portal to provide an update for staff; and  
  •  advise employers that Civil Service Pensions will arrange for staff covered by the ITAssist and DOI networks to receive the notice which will also be placed on the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland), [PCSPS(NI)] website.
