Minimum Nutritional Standards for catering in Health and Social Care – evidence review (April 2018)

In June 2017 the Food Standards Agency, safefood and the Public Health Agency introduced the Minimum Nutritional Standards for Catering in Health and Social Care for staff and visitors across all catering and retails outlets and vending.


This document is the first report (produced by the Innovation Lab) from a project which was established to support the implementation of those standards by applying behavioural science techniques and evidence to the issue. It details the review of evidence conducted by the project partners.
