The Centre of Expertise for Programme and Project Management has supported delivery of several hundred Gateway reviews since 2006. Publication of the lessons learned from these reviews is intended to help those working in a programme or project environment to learn from the experiences of others.
These lessons have been anonymised and edited in order to recast any constructive criticism, focusing less on the particulars of the programme or project involved, and more on programme and project management best practice. Lessons are available by theme.
