View the Register of Suppliers' Poor Performance

From July 2017 onwards, suppliers to central government who fail to address poor performance will be listed in the Register of Suppliers' Poor Performance attached below.


An example of the register is attached below for reference - the name of the supplier and the Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) issuing the notice will be included. 

Notice Types may include: 

NoWW - Notice of Written Warning
NoUP - Notice of Unsatisfactory Performance
Termination - Formal termination of the contract
