Injury Benefit is a benefit payable to members who have suffered an impairment to earnings as a result of an injury that has been sustained within the context of one of the qualifying conditions of Rule 1.3 outlined in the form below.
This form can be used by members to confirm that they wish to buy out the Actuarial Reduction on their pension.
This form can be used by pensioners and deferred members only to notify Civil Service Pensions of a change of address.
(Active members should notify a change of address through their respective employer.)
