Public Sector Reform Division

Public Sector Reform Division (PSRD) is based in the Department of Finance. It was established to work collaboratively with other organisations to support, influence, lead and enable reform across the public sector.



About Public Sector Reform Division

The Division is made up of 4 Branches - Business Consultancy Services, Innovation Labs, Economic Advisory Unit and the Engagement Team, together driving dynamic improvements to how public services are created and delivered.

The team brings together expertise in innovation, economic review and appraisal, programme and project management and business consultancy, utilising experience from both within and outside the wider public sector.

Business Consultancy Service

The Business Consultancy Service (BCS) provides internal consultancy support for the NICS and wider public sector.   BCS is ideally positioned to support public sector reform and exists to offer strategic and business level improvements across the public sector.
