The Anti-Fraud policy provides full details of Departmental, line manager and individual staff responsibilities in the prevention of fraud. It also reinforces the message that the Department takes a zero tolerance approach to fraud, reporting instances of fraud to the police as necessary, and taking all appropriate steps to recover monies lost as a result of fraud perpetrated against the Department.

The Fraud Response plan provides practical step-by-step guidance in the event of a fraud, or attempted fraud, being suspected. Reporting arrangements and useful contact details are also included in the document.
