Role of Strategic Asset Management Unit (SAMU)

SAMU is part of LPS and is responsible for:

• overseeing and managing the D1 Register, a central repository of all formally declared surplus public sector assets
• providing oversight and guidance on the Disposal Policy and disposal procedures
• overseeing and implementing the disposal process

Initiating the Disposal Process
