Joining the Project Delivery Profession
Commercial Delivery Group (CDG) are continually growing and building a community of project professionals across the NICS and associated Arm’s Length Bodies (ALB). If you are working in a project delivery environment, you should consider joining the profession. You can join at any grade or stage of your career.

CDG are responsible for the strategic development of the profession, alongside leading and championing Project Delivery across all NICS Departments. The profession is also supported by the NICS network of Portfolio, Programme, Project Offices (P3Os).
Joining the PDP
The Project Delivery Profession (PDP) is aimed at people who:
- Work in project delivery with the NICS or associated ALB.
- Want to develop themselves and progress their project delivery career.
