    The Department of Finance has awarded a single supplier Framework Agreement for travel management services.

    Framework information

    Project title: ID 3346821 – Provision of Travel Management Services Framework for Northern Ireland Civil Service, Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies and other Participating Bodies.

    The Contractor will provide:

    • a fully managed service for all UK and international travel, accommodation and any other associated services that aid Business, Non-staff, Patient, Student and Security Personnel travel utilising digital self-service platforms and the reduction of avoidable contact where possible. The range of Travel Services will cover as a minimum Air, Rail, Ferry, Car Hire, Taxi / onward road travel, Car parking, Accommodation and Hotel Conferencing and travel insurance.
    • a ‘one stop shop’ for all travel and travel related services to Clients which offers value for money while incorporating high quality service provision and meeting the needs of the individual travel requirements of the various Clients.

    The framework is comprised of a single supplier framework agreement which allows clients to establish a call-off contract with the contractor to provide their travel services when required.

    The individual call-off contracts from the framework will each be for three years, with the option to extend for two periods of up to 12 months each (making the maximum call-off contract duration five years).

    Once the framework ends, it will not be possible to put in place any new call-off contracts, however those in place will continue until their end date.
