Consultation description
Phase 3 consisted of proposals to:
- increase the prescribed fees payable to a district council in relation to prescribed functions to facilitate the duty placed on the council in the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 to enforce building regulations in its district
- include type approval applications as a prescribed function and set type approval fee charges
- include set fee charges for certain service installations, alteration or extension to service installations in a dwelling and
- include additions, deletions and alterations to the Fees Regulations to take account of new or revised provisions of the principal regulations
