Consultation description

The consultation consists of proposals on:

• a new Part M to implement Article 8 of Directive 2014/61/EU on measures to reduce cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks
• the new Part M would apply from 31 December 2016

• minor amendments to Part F of Building Regulations to clarify transposition of Directive 2010/31/EU on the Energy Performance of Buildings more fully
