    Summary

    The Department has launched a targeted eight week consultation on its policy proposals for provision of enhanced Sport and Recreation relief. That enhanced relief would be granted using the new enabling powers recently taken through the Assembly within the Rates (Amendment) Bill.

    Consultation description

    The consultation lasted for a period of eight weeks and ended on 9 May 2016.

    It is intended to publish a summary of the views expressed during consultation, following completion of the consultation process. This, along with all individual and organisational consultation responses, will be published on the DoF website (see above). The Department can only refuse to disclose information in exceptional circumstances.
