    These are reports into the profile of the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) workforce and the actions being taken to improve diversity and ensure equal opportunities for all. It includes the results of the Article 55 Review, which consider fair participation by Protestants and Roman Catholics, as required under Article 55 of the Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998. In the interests of promoting gender equality, the latest reviews also incorporate a formal review of gender along the lines employed in the Article 55 Review.
