    This policy screening form relates to the Civil Registration regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012. The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the particulars required for the registration of a birth, death or still-birth under the Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 1976. They also prescribe the forms and certificates to be used, describe how registers should be maintained, provide for the release of information from civil registration records and provide for applications for an event to be registered in the Record of Northern Ireland Connections.
