The general principles in the guidance below will be followed by Land & Property Services valuers when assessing claims for compensation arising out of a compulsory acquisition scheme eg business, agricultural, residential property and road schemes. 


This guidance is intended for owners and occupiers of agricultural, business and residential property that is affected by compulsory acquisition schemes.
