Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) - Measuring our PerformanceCPD evaluate its performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which measure service delivery in the context of time, cost and quality indicators. This is so CPD can measure, monitor and continually improve its services to clients. CPD will also measure the performance of Major Capital Projects (MCPs) that it is involved in, again using time, cost and quality indicators. For definition purposes, the MCPs measured have a contract value of over £2million.
