Transparency Principle 2 requirement - Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) must publish annual statistics to show the:
- Number of contracts awarded;
- Value of contracts awarded;
- Number of contracts awarded to SMEs, Micro Businesses and SEs;
- Value of contracts awarded to SMEs, Micro Businesses and SEs;
- Number of contracts awarded to suppliers based in NI; and
- Value of contracts awarded to suppliers based in NI

DOF Live Contracts Register - June 2026
Transparency Principle 4 requires that there will be transparency of any variances between the original contract value and actual spend. This applies to goods, services and works contracts over the UK Thresholds.
