The Guide for Allies has been developed to raise awareness and understanding of what it means to be an ally in the Civil Service, the importance of allies in supporting under-represented groups in our workplace and advice on how to become an ally.
An ally makes a concerted effort to learn more about the lived experiences of marginalised or under-represented groups and translate this into action to support them.
