EQIA Screening Document for Special Leave Policy 3.08

This policy sets out the arrangements to deal with staff applications for Special Leave, whether paid or unpaid, for various reasons. Special Leave can either be awarded on a discretionary basis by management under the terms of the NICS arrangements or an entitlement if covered by legislation.
