This form is used to inform DoH Health Estates (HE)/Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) of new procurement competitions, that will utilise the HE/CPD Dynamic Shortlisting System.
This form is required for works typically with a value below the threshold and will involve Building, Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical competent contractors with appropriate Facility and Work Categories on the Dynamic Shortlisting System.
Upon completion, send the form to ProcurementOperations.cpd@finance-ni.gov.uk
