The Innovation Lab - Evaluation of the Northern Ireland Public Sector Innovation Lab

In September 2016, an evaluation was commissioned of the Lab’s activities as well as its governance including it’s leadership, operating model, methods and capacity. This was carried out by PDR (the International Design and Research Centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University) and based on 30 interviews with Lab staff, the wider Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) and external stakeholders.
