Interim Impact on service levels - Provision of retirement estimates and Payments of Lump Sums upon retirement

Employee Pension Notice - The purpose of this notice is to inform all members that there will be an impact on timeframes of the provision of retirement estimates and the payment of Lump Sums for the foreseeable future, as a direct result of the volume of work required for the 2015 Remedy (McCloud) workload and the provision of Immediate Choice Options.
