The lists contained in this document reflect those Ministerial Directions which have been made by all Departments, have been notified to the Comptroller and Auditor General and discussed by the Public Accounts Committee.This document will be updated on a regular basis.
Further information on the Ministerial Directions made from 2011 may be available within individual Departments’ Annual Reports and Accounts.
From 1 April 2021, requests to Ministers from Accounting Officers seeking a Ministerial Direction, and the subsequent Ministerial Direction will also be published once notified to the Comptroller and Auditor General and discussed by the Public Accounts Committee.
